  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cheap Gant Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective:

  • Personal care items from our Bathroom collection
  • Bed linens that have been removed from packaging
  • Opened bath products

How to Return an Item

Step 4: Package your items securely in the original packaging.

Step 5: Ship your return to our Denver facility using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
